What does it do?

It will publish your stream of bookmarks, including private entries. Currently, Del.icio.us itself only lets you get a feed of public bookmarks.

How do I use it?

Plug in your Del.icio.us username and password here, and press 'Go', and you'll get your feed. Your credentials are not stored in any way.

Excellent choice. Simply download the PHP source of this script, and run it on your own server. The source code is public domain, do what ever you wish with it.
